Shade That Survives Snow Load
Built and anchored to handle wind and snow load, sized to the patio underneath so it reads as part of the house rather than something dropped in the yard. We check footing depth and permit requirements before we quote.
HEAT
Fire for the Shoulder Seasons
Stone built pits sized for the seating around them, set at a safe distance from structures and overhead branches. Gas or wood depending on what your municipality allows and how you plan to use it.
LIGHT
Light Aimed at the Ground
Low voltage lighting on paths, steps, walls, and specimen trees. The goal is safe footing and depth after dark, not floodlighting the lawn. Fixtures are placed to keep glare out of sightlines and out of the neighbor's windows.
